Qualifications

• 5-7 years relevant work experience in clinical, case management, administrative, quality/compliance or HEDIS roles.
• In-depth knowledge of managed care quality, HEDIS and STARs measures.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
• Data analytics knowledge and critical thinking skills.
• RN licensure and clinical requirements to meet patient care needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements quality improvement programs to monitor and improve services.
• Analyzes organizational performance and aligns with regulatory standards.
• Drives evidence-based performance improvements and tracks process/outcome measures.
• Manages workplans for POSC workgroups and facilitates meetings as needed.
• Contributes to policy development to improve care, safety and provider experience.
• Stays current on healthcare innovations and supports research utilization.
• Provides training on HEDIS and CAHPS related performance to staff.
