Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical quality improvement initiatives within our quality and compliance teams. You will analyze workflows, measure outcomes, and drive evidence-based interventions to meet HEDIS and CAHPS goals.

The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and adherence to regulatory standards. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 40-hour work week with a Monday–Friday schedule in the residence time zone, with WFH

Qualifications

• 5-7 years prior relevant work experience in clinical, case management, administrative, quality/compliance or HEDIS performance-based roles.
• In depth knowledge of managed care quality, HEDIS and STARs measures and initiatives to drive performance.
• Excellent communication/presentation and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements quality improvement programs to monitor and improve healthcare services and processes.
• Drives and implements evidence-based performance improvement interventions and measures.
• Manages and coordinates specific workplans for POSC workgroups and facilitates meetings.
• Contributes to improving patient outcomes and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Develops, revises and implements policies and guidelines focusing on system performance and provider performance.
