• Effective communication and writing skills
• RN required; problem solving and decision making

Aufgaben

• Develops and implements quality improvement programs to monitor and improve healthcare services.
• Drives evidence-based performance improvement interventions; tracks process and outcome measures.
• Manages POSC workplans; facilitates workgroups and committees as required.
• Contributes to improving healthcare services and patient outcomes.
• Develops and revises policies to address performance and patient safety.
• Stays current on healthcare innovations and best practices; participates in research.
• Provides training on HEDIS and CAHPS performance to professionals.
• Collaborates with POSC stakeholders to ensure cross-functional engagement.
