Job summary

The Quality Control (QC) Specialist at WCG is responsible for quality assurance of client training modules, ensuring error-free content by providing feedback to editors and validating new study setups according to the Help Desk QC Checklist.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team to support accurate training delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred, or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience to perform the job.
• Professional certifications in Project, Product, or Agile methodologies preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and resolves workflow and production issues
• Reviews deliverables from post-production and enters feedback into Jira
• Verifies that fixes are complete and that deliverables are ready for client release
• Updates Jira to notify team that fixes are needed or that deliverables are ready for client release
• Creates training materials and operating manuals
• Analyzes customer feedback, recommends, and oversees improvement actions
• Reviews new study launch requests for QC based on the configuration matrix
• Serves as the verifier if not the initial QC personnel for new study launches
