Job summary

Crimson Interactive is seeking a Quality Analyst to work from home in the Editing department. You will oversee end-to-end quality management for freelancers and in-house editors, ensuring high-speed, high-precision edits and thorough audits.

You will analyze language quality, address client concerns, and train editors on English and editorial processes. The role requires strong English proficiency, data skills, and coordination with PM/Client Servicing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of editing/copyediting experience.
• Near-native written and spoken English, with ability to explain language concepts to a layperson.
• Ability to multitask, manage time well, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to conduct data analysis and think analytically.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Open to participating in and overseeing team tasks and activities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Quality Management of Freelancers and In-house Editors.
• Edit, proofread, and review academic documents with speed and precision.
• Perform regular quality audits to improve FL/IHE quality.
• Conduct client complaint analysis and drive required actions.
• Monitor trends and support decisions on FL/IHE quality.
• Train IHEs in English and in-house editorial processes.
