Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Specialist to ensure training modules are error-free and meet quality standards. You will provide feedback to editors via the tracking system and QC new study setups according to the Help Desk QC Checklist.

You will verify fixes, update Jira, and assist with training materials and process improvements while supporting a high-energy team in a remote US-based role. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with PC operating systems and multiple browsers.
• Focus on content quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work with a high-energy team.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with rapid learning of new concepts.
• Strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
• Good problem-solving and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve workflow and production issues
• Review deliverables from post-production and enter feedback into Jira
• Verify fixes are complete and deliverables are ready for client release
• Update Jira to notify team of fixes or readiness for release
• Create training materials and operating manuals
• Analyze customer feedback and oversee improvement actions
• Review new study launch requests for QC based on configuration matrix
• Serve as verifier for new study launches (complete checklist)
