Job summary

The Oneida ESC Group in Orlando, FL seeks a Quality Control Specialist for contingent work on government-delivery projects. You will develop and maintain QC plans, perform independent reviews, and ensure deliverables meet PWS requirements and formatting standards.

This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong editing skills, and the ability to coordinate with instructional analysts, SMEs, and project managers to resolve deficiencies and finalize deliverables for government review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in QA/QC, instructional-product review, or technical editing.
• Experience reviewing government/contract deliverables.
• Strong written English, grammar, and version control.
• Proficient with checklists, style guides, templates, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project quality-control plan and templates.
• Perform independent quality reviews of training analyses and reports.
• Verify compliance with PWS, task orders, and delivery requirements.
• Evaluate deliverables for completeness, accuracy, readability, and traceability.
• Maintain logs, defect records, and corrective-action documentation.
• Coordinate with ISD III Lead, SMEs, and PM to resolve deficiencies.
