Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Coordinator for Individualized Care to support inbound calls, patient inquiries, and follow-ups from a remote, nationwide team. You will enter data into our proprietary software, coordinate with physician offices and pharmacies, and help identify and document adverse events during interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician, preferred
• 1+ years' experience in fast paced call center environment preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft systems, telephony.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and determine needs for one-call resolution.
• Enter detailed information into company proprietary software while speaking with customers.
• Place outbound calls for patient follow ups or to obtain missing information.
• Interact with patient referral sources to process new applicants.
• Identify, document and submit Adverse Events during customer contact.
