You will develop training, analyze CAPA metrics, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement continuous improvements, with remote-USA work and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND four (4) years of quality process experience involving investigations, problem solving, and project management OR High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years of such experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for CAPA requirements, methodologies, and processes.
• Conduct independent reviews of CAPA records and provide feedback to improve investigation quality, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and compliance.
