This role will ensure quality file handling, regulatory compliance, and technical accuracy, particularly on high-severity and complex exposures claims.

The ideal candidate will have deep claims expertise and a passion for training and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; General Liability and Auto Liability experience.
• 7 years of claims handling experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Lead auditing, training, and continuous improvement for liability claims.
• Engineer client audits, monitor performance metrics, deliver training.
• Oversee resources, direct reports, and develop trend analyses.
• Prepare executive and oversight reports; improve branch processes.
