Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Services Quality Manager to lead QA strategies for post-construction services on utility-scale solar projects. You will drive ISO 55000-based asset lifecycle optimization and deliver service excellence across remote operations.

In this fully remote role, you will develop a QMS for solar O&M, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with engineering and operations to protect asset value while reducing risk. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality assurance or asset management in utility-scale solar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 frameworks.
• Experience with solar O&M, SCADA systems, CMMS platforms, and performance analytics.
• Certifications in CQE, CQA or IAM preferred.
• Analytical with cross-functional leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to solar O&M and service operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 standards, focusing on asset integrity, reliability and performance.
• Integrate service quality processes with asset management objectives across maintenance and lifecycle optimization.
• Define and monitor KPIs for service quality, asset uptime, energy yield, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for service issues.
• Support client audits and performance reviews with data-driven quality documentation.
• Train service technicians and field staff on quality protocols and ISO 55000 principles.
