Job summary

SOLV Energy, a nationwide leader in utility-scale solar, seeks a Services Quality Manager to develop and execute QA strategies for post-construction services. You’ll oversee asset performance, ISO 55000 compliance, and long-term value through lifecycle management.

The role is fully remote; location details will be discussed in the interview process. Responsibilities include creating a tailored QMS for O&M, aligning quality with asset goals, and driving KPI-based improvements across service

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality assurance or asset management in utility-scale solar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 frameworks.
• Experience with solar O&M, SCADA, CMMS, and performance analytics.
• Certifications in Quality or Asset Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a QMS for solar O&M and service operations; ensure ISO 9001 & ISO 55000 compliance.
• Align service quality with asset management objectives; collaborate with engineering and operations.
• Define KPIs for service quality, uptime, energy yield, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet contractual requirements.
• Train technicians on quality protocols and ISO principles; promote accountability and safety.
