Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Services Quality Manager to lead QA strategies for post-construction solar projects. This fully remote role focuses on asset performance, ISO alignment, and lifecycle optimization across service operations.

Responsibilities include developing QMS, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement with engineering and field teams. Candidates should have 5+ years in QA or asset management and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

5+ years in quality assurance or asset management for utility-scale solar projects.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 frameworks.
Experience with solar O&M, SCADA, CMMS, and performance analytics.
Familiarity with asset lifecycle planning, risk-based maintenance, and reliability engineering.
Certifications in Quality or Asset Management preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) for solar O&M and service operations.
Ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 compliance, focusing on asset integrity and performance.
Integrate service quality with asset management objectives and lifecycle optimization.
Define and monitor KPIs for service quality, uptime, energy yield, and customer satisfaction.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
