Job summary

SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility scale solar projects nationwide. The Services Quality Manager will lead QA strategies for post-construction services in utility-scale solar projects, ensuring service excellence, asset performance, and ISO 55000 compliance.

This role is fully remote. You will define and monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and support audits with data-driven quality documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality assurance or asset management in utility-scale solar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 frameworks.
• Experience with solar O&M, SCADA, CMMS, and performance analytics.
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle planning and risk-based maintenance.
• Certifications in Quality or Asset Management preferred.
• Strategic with a systems-based approach to service and asset quality.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a QMS tailored to solar O&M and service operations.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 compliance, focusing on asset integrity and performance.
• Integrate service quality processes with asset management objectives.
• Define and monitor KPIs for service quality, uptime, energy yield, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support client audits with data-driven quality documentation.
