Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Services Quality Manager to lead QA strategies for post-construction services in utility-scale solar projects. You’ll ensure service excellence, asset performance, and ISO 55000 compliance, driving long-term value through asset lifecycle management.

The role is fully remote with interview discussions for location details. Candidates must have 5+ years in QA or asset management and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality assurance or asset management in utility-scale solar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55000.
• Experience with solar O&M, SCADA, CMMS, and performance analytics.
• Certifications in quality or asset management preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a QMS for solar O&M and service ops.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 compliance and asset integrity.
• Align service quality with asset management objectives.
• Define KPIs for service quality, uptime, energy yield, and satisfaction.
• Lead RCA and preventive actions for service issues.
• Train technicians on quality protocols and ISO 55000.
