Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Services Quality Manager to lead QA strategies for post-construction services in utility-scale solar projects. You will ensure service excellence, asset performance, and ISO 55000 compliance, focusing on long-term value via asset lifecycle management.

This role is fully remote; location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality assurance or asset management for utility-scale solar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 frameworks.
• Experience with solar O&M, SCADA, CMMS, and performance analytics.
• Familiar with asset lifecycle planning, risk-based maintenance, reliability.
• Certifications in Quality or Asset Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) for solar O&M and services.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 compliance, focusing on asset integrity.
• Align service quality with asset management objectives across teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs for service quality and asset uptime.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Support client audits with data-driven quality documentation.
• Train staff on quality protocols and ISO principles.
