Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Services Quality Manager to lead QA strategies for post-construction services in utility-scale solar projects. You will ensure service excellence, asset performance, and ISO 55000 compliance, focusing on long-term value through effective asset lifecycle management.

This role is fully remote. Location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality assurance or asset management in utility scale solar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 frameworks.
• Experience with solar O&M, SCADA systems, CMMS platforms, and performance analytics.
• Certifications in Quality (e.g., CQE, CQA) or Asset Management (e.g., IAM Certificate) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to solar O&M and service operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 standards, focusing on asset integrity, reliability, and performance.
• Define and monitor KPIs for service quality, asset uptime, energy yield, and customer satisfaction; drive corrective actions.
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure service delivery meets contractual and regulatory expectations.
• Train service technicians and field staff on quality protocols and asset care standards; promote accountability and safety.
