Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Services Quality Manager to lead QA strategies for post-construction services in utility-scale solar projects. You will ensure service excellence, asset performance, and ISO 55000 compliance, focusing on long-term value through asset lifecycle management.

This fully remote role involves aligning quality with asset management, defining KPIs, conducting root-cause analyses, and supporting client audits with data-driven documentation across nationwide solar O&M operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in QA or asset management for utility-scale solar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55000.
• Experience with solar O&M, SCADA, CMMS, and performance analytics.
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle planning and risk-based maintenance.
• Certifications in quality or asset management preferred.
• Analytical thinker with cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a QMS tailored to solar O&M and service operations.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 compliance focusing on asset integrity, reliability, and performance.
• Integrate service quality with asset management objectives and lifecycle optimization.
• Define and monitor KPIs for service quality, uptime, energy yield, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead RCA and CAPA for service-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement across service workflows and field operations.
• Engage with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet contractual and regulatory expectations.
• Support audits and performance reviews with data-driven insights and quality docs.
• Train technicians on quality protocols and ISO 55000 principles.
• Promote accountability, safety, and excellence in service execution.
