Job summary

Qualia, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester for the Resware product. The role emphasizes manual testing, feature validation, and ensuring accurate end-to-end user journeys in a real estate closing context.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to safeguard quality, explore edge cases, and contribute to a CI/CD-aware testing culture while supporting a diverse user base across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of QA experience in software.
• Experience in real estate/title services preferred.
• Minimum 5 years as a Resware user is a plus.
• 1–3 years as a Resware administrator is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Feature testing to verify new functionalities meet requirements.
• Regression testing to ensure changes don’t break existing behavior.
• Exploratory testing to find defects and usability issues.
• UI/UX testing for intuitive and consistent interfaces.
• API testing to validate data flow between systems.
• Integration testing across Resware with external partners.
