Qualifications

• Three to five years of writing and editing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, journalism, technical writing, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an Excel-based Publications Dashboard and manage monthly updates.
• Write, edit, and maintain Publications SOPs and policy-related documents.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical staff to draft materials and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Develop announcements for policy implementations and system changes affecting State policy.
• Coordinate multiple projects with strict deadlines and escalate issues as needed.
