Zippy, a Dallas‑based lender focused on manufactured housing, seeks a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead pre‑close and post‑close QA across the loan lifecycle. You will coach analysts, manage performance, and ensure findings align with policy, regulation, or investor requirements in a fast‑paced, remote‑first team.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in mortgage QA, 3+ years of people management, and deep knowledge of the end‑to‑end origination process.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in mortgage, consumer lending, or manufactured housing lending QA or related function.
• 3+ years in direct people-management, coaching and workload planning.
• End‑to‑end loan origination lifecycle expertise with ability to evaluate complete files.
• Ability to translate findings into practical QA improvements and training.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of QA professionals for pre‑close and post‑close loan reviews.
• Oversee QA across the full origination lifecycle, ensuring timely, well‑documented findings.
• Calibrate review standards, monitor evidentiary support, and escalate material risks.
• Manage queues, throughput, and staffing to balance speed and quality.
• Collaborate with Origination, Underwriting, Compliance, and Tech to drive improvements.
