Zippy, a Dallas-based lender focused on manufactured home loans, seeks a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead QA across the loan origination lifecycle. You will coach QA analysts, manage performance, and ensure findings align with policy, regulatory, and investor requirements in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Responsible for pre-close and post-close reviews, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce repeat issues while maintaining strong controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in mortgage or related financial services functions.
• Experience leading QA across pre- and post-close processes.
• Ability to interpret policy, regulatory, and investor requirements.
• Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team for pre-close and post-close loan reviews.
• Ensure reviews are accurate, evidenced, and timely.
• Manage workflows, capacity, and throughput across systems.
• Escalate material risks and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Origination, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, and Tech.
