Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead case file reviews, data integrity, payments oversight, and contract compliance across federal and state programs. This remote role reports to the QA Manager and operates within a dynamic workforce development environment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with WIOA/TANF/SNAP QA experience, strong Excel and Google Drive skills, and a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent workforce experience.
• WIOA, TANF, and/or SNAP experience in quality assurance, monitoring, compliance, case management, and/or eligibility a must.
• Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
• Must be computer literate with strong MS Excel skills, Google Drive experience and the ability to learn specialized databases and software systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review participant case files for accuracy, completeness and compliance with WIOA/TANF and policies.
• Monitor state systems for data accuracy and timely entry.
• Identify deficiencies, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support QA staff to resolve file and data issues and prevent eligibility problems.
• Lead biweekly check-ins with Program/Regional Directors.
• Maintain multiple spreadsheets and reporting tools daily.
• Review quality reports and alert QA Manager to discrepancies.
• Assist with preparations for monitoring and audits.
• Support policy and quality management improvements.
