Job summary

Wisepath Group is seeking a QA Associate for a remote, US-based role focused on validating lead and call data, routing accuracy, billing inputs, and partner-delivery quality within the customer-acquisition platform. You will conduct detailed QA and data-audit work across call-tracking and CRM records to protect lead quality and revenue reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of QA, data auditing, call-center QA, lead-generation QA, or comparable quality-control experience.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work accurately with large data sets.
• Working knowledge of call-tracking platforms and lead-management CRMs.
• Strong pattern recognition, attention to detail, documentation, and escalation judgment.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit call-tracking data and CRM records for lead quality, routing accuracy, and compliance with campaign parameters.
• Review daily lead/call logs for data mismatches, invalid calls, scoring errors, missing fields, and other anomalies.
• Apply established QA protocols across the conversion funnel and document findings consistently.
• Support data gathering, cleaning, and verification used in performance reporting and partner invoicing.
• Follow and help improve QA SOPs to reduce manual errors and improve repeatability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external data feeds to flag quality issues before they affect billing or partner trust.
