Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, social work, behavioral health, or related field.
• Six years of healthcare/behavioral health quality, compliance, auditing, or related operations; two years leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of clinicians and staff performing Tailored Care Management reviews.
• Oversee monitoring, documentation, and reporting accuracy across audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on monitoring activities and quality improvements.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and drive data‑driven improvements.
