Job summary

BILL is seeking a Change Manager to own the people side of a major finance transformation using Oracle Fusion Cloud and Salesforce. You will drive adoption, design change strategies, and prepare leaders and users for go-live across Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Sales Operations, and Product.

The role requires 7+ years in change management, experience with ERP/finance transforms, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications or related field.
MBA or graduate degree preferred.
7+ years of change management and/or communications experience on strategic transformations.
Hands-on ERP/finance transformation change for Oracle Cloud, Salesforce or similar.

Responsibilities

Own change management strategy and plan for the program and align to milestones from design through releases.
Lead stakeholder assessments and translate design decisions into role/process changes.
Build and run a change network across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product.
Develop leadership alignment and sponsor engagement plans for adoption.
Develop and execute the program communications plan for go-live readiness.
Partner on end-user training strategy and delivery for build, test, cutover.
Define and track adoption metrics and adjust plans to close gaps.
Report status, risks and issues to PMO and Steering Committees.
