Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities on active projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect data, complete reports and tests.
• Lead and mentor Performance Engineers I/II in execution and analysis.
• Analyze energy losses and system performance to support reporting and optimization.
• Prepare commissioning plans, test reports, and client-facing dashboards.
