Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, science, or related technical discipline.
- 4+ years’ PV Performance Engineering and PV data analytics.
- Experience modeling with PVSyst, PlantPredict, and SAM.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Programming knowledge in Python, VBA, MATLAB, Java.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities of active projects.
- Ensure safety as the top priority across teams.
- Collaborate to collect data and deliver reports and tests.
- On-board active projects into internal Performance Team platforms.
- Track issues and optimize fleet performance with internal teams.
- Analyze energy losses and system performance impacts.
- Lead and mentor Performance Engineers & Analysts.
- Review reports for accuracy and identify performance issues.
