SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry. The Performance Engineer II will oversee day-to-day operations of active projects, with remote or hybrid options and in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR.

You will drive data analytics, reporting, and fleet optimization across utility-scale solar and high voltage substations. Join a collaborative team focused on safety, data-driven decision making, and performance improvements, while supporting project

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, science, or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years’ PV Performance Engineering and PV data analytics.
• Experience modeling with PVSyst, PlantPredict, and SAM.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Programming knowledge in Python, VBA, MATLAB, Java.

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of active projects.
• Ensure safety as the top priority across teams.
• Collaborate to collect data and deliver reports and tests.
• On-board active projects into internal Performance Team platforms.
• Track issues and optimize fleet performance with internal teams.

• Lead and mentor Performance Engineers & Analysts.
• Review reports for accuracy and identify performance issues.
