House Buyers of America is seeking a Purchasing Manager to bid, manage, and negotiate all contracts for home renovations. This 100% remote role oversees purchasing scopes of work and contractor recruitment.

You will work with senior management on specs, develop budgets, and train or discipline contractors as needed while expanding nationwide. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in purchasing with a home builder or remodeler.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Proficient in MS Office and budgeting tools.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, submit invoices, and track project budgets.
• Negotiate costs and source products to lower expenses and improve quality.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovations.
• Recruit, manage, and assess General contractors and subcontractors.
• Constantly recruit new contractors and vendor relationships and ensure registrations.
