Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Understanding and some ability to speak Spanish is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, submit invoices, track project budgets.
• Negotiate costs and creatively source products for renovations.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovations.
• Manage, train, and fire general contractors and subcontractors.
• Recruit new contractors and vendor relationships through networking.
