A residential real estate investment company is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee bidding, managing, and negotiating contracts for home renovations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of purchasing experience, a Bachelor's degree, and excellent computer skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and submit invoices.
• Negotiate costs and source new products.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs.
• Manage, train and oversee contractors and subcontractors.
• Recruit new contractor and vendor relationships.
