Job summary

A leading residential real estate investment company is seeking a Purchasing Manager for a fully remote role. The successful candidate will be responsible for bidding, managing and negotiating contracts for home renovations. You will develop scopes of work, manage contractors, and creatively source products to lower costs. Candidates should have 5+ years of purchasing experience, excellent computer skills, and a bachelor's degree. A competitive compensation of $80,000-$130,000 is offered, inclusive of salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to understand and speak some Spanish is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and track project budgets.
• Negotiate the lowest cost possible for renovations.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs.
• Constantly recruit new contractors and vendor relationships.
