Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• Understanding and speaking Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage contracts, submit invoices, and track project budgets.
• Negotiate costs and source products to reduce expenses.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovations.
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships.
• Recruit new contractors through networking and cold calls.
