Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• Understanding Spanish is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and track project budgets.
• Negotiate costs and source new products to lower costs.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovations.
• Manage contractor relationships, including recruitment and oversight.
