Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• Understanding and ability to speak some Spanish is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, submit invoices, track project budgets, and work with Field Managers.
• Negotiate the lowest cost possible and source new products to lower costs.
• Partner with senior management to determine specification levels.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for each renovation job.
• Manage, train, and fire General contractors and subcontractors.
• Recruit and ensure proper registration of new contractors and vendor relationships.
