Responsibilities

• Lead and support the purchase processing team, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Monitor pipeline volumes and allocate workloads across the team.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or high-risk transactions.
• Train, mentor, and coach team members on procedures and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, state regulations, and industry guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve title issues and coordinate closings.
