You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding, adapting to either a high-volume, digital environment or a relationship-based, market-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Completed CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passed SAFE MLO Test - National Component.
• Located within 75 miles of Scottsdale, AZ branch.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and with Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline and meet service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Leverage CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and engagement.
