Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. through Zillow Home Loans seeks a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers introduced through Zillow’s ecosystem, guiding them from application to funding in either high-volume digital or consultative model.

You will use Zillow's CRM and LOS, build relationships, maintain a pipeline, and stay current on lending programs while upholding compliance and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Pennsylvania.
• Proven success originating purchase loans in high-volume or agent-centric models.
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills and understanding of the mortgage process.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels and funding expectations.
• Leverage CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health.
