Job summary

Zillow Group seeks a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers within Zillow's ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding, in either a high-volume, digital setting or a relationship-driven, market-focused model, depending on background.

The role combines performance metrics with a best-in-class customer experience. Remote with restrictions; principal residence must be in Utah, with occasional office work possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with focus on purchase loans.
• Licensed Mortgage Originator with state licenses or federal bank license.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage process and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline and meet service level KPIs.
• Leverage Zillow’s CRM and LOS to monitor pipeline health.
