Job summary

Zillow Home Loans is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate purchase loans for customers within the Zillow ecosystem. You’ll guide borrowers from first contact to funding, in a role that may be high‑volume or relationship‑driven depending on your strengths.

Based in Hawaii with remote work options, you’ll operate within a metrics‑driven environment and use Zillow’s CRM, LOS, and tools to deliver a best‑in‑class experience while building ongoing client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focused on purchase loans.
• Completion of CORE Pre‑Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage LO Test.
• Physically located in Hawaii with remote work eligibility.
• Experience in high‑volume or agent-centric loan origination models.
• Strong client service mindset with consultative sales skills.
• Licensed as required by state laws and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans via proactive follow‑up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents/partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting defined service levels and funding expectations.
• Leverage CRM and LOS to monitor pipeline health and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
