Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a remote, Hawaii-based purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate and manage home loans through Zillow’s ecosystem. You’ll guide borrowers from application to closing, work with CRM/LOS, and partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to deliver a smooth, compliant experience while meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• CORE Pre-Licensing Education (20-hour) and SAFE MLO test with Uniform State Content.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and with Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline and meet service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Leverage CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text.
• Stay current on market trends and regulatory requirements to provide tailored financing solutions.
