Job summary

Zillow Home Loans in Montana is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate purchase loans for customers sourced through Zillow's ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact to funding, operating in either a high-volume, digital environment or a relationship-driven model.

Expect a structured, metrics-driven role with strong emphasis on responsiveness, execution, and customer experience, supported by Zillow's brand and platforms. Remote work with Montana residency required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with purchase focus.
• Completion of CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE MLO exam.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Montana.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow's Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels and funding expectations.
• Leverage Zillow's CRM and LOS to manage pipeline health and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
