Zillow Group in Montana seeks a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers in Zillow's ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding, in either a high-volume digital or a relationship-based market model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Must have or qualify for an active NMLS license and CORE pre-licensing.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Montana; Montana residency required.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and local partners, incl. Zillow Preferred Agents.
• Maintain an active pipeline and achieve defined service levels and KPIs.
• Utilize Zillow CRM, LOS, and data tools to manage pipeline health.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text.
