Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is expanding its Zillow Home Loans team in Atlanta, GA, seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to originate purchase loans within Zillow's ecosystem.

You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding, in a high-volume or consultative model, utilizing CRM/LOS tools and maintaining strong client relationships, with performance-driven KPIs and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focusing on purchase transactions.
• Completion of required licensing and SAFE MLO exam (NMLS).
• Located within 75 miles of Atlanta, GA.
• Proven success in high-volume or relationship-based origination.
• Strong client service orientation with consultative skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and counseling.
• Build relationships with customers and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels and funding goals.
• Utilize CRM, LOS, and data tools to monitor pipeline health and engagement.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
