Job summary

Zillow Home Loans is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate purchase loans through Zillow’s ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact to funding in a remote setting, with options for high-volume or relationship-based models based on strengths.

Requirements include 3+ years in mortgage origination (purchase focus), NMLS licensing or state license, and proximity to Atlanta. Equity awards and performance-based incentives accompany base pay in a structured, metrics-driven team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with purchase emphasis.
• Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
• Located within 75 miles of Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and with Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels and funding expectations.
• Leverage Zillow CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health.
