Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience, preferably in purchase transactions.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education.
• Proven success in high-volume sales or agent-centric referral model.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans.
• Build strong relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents.
