Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with purchase focus.
• NMLS license or state-license path with CORE requirements.
• Located within 75 miles of Scottsdale, AZ.
• Strong client service orientation and consultative sales skills.
• Proficient with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers and local partners.
• Manage active pipeline to meet service levels and funding goals.
• Utilize CRM/LOS and data-driven tools to monitor pipeline health.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
