Qualifications

Consultative sales experience with complex B2B software or technology solutions.
Business development mindset focusing on new logos and account expansion.
Clear, professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities across stages of a sales cycle.
Knowledge of Public Housing Authorities or regulated industries is an asset.

Responsibilities

Generate new business with PHAs and related organizations, building a strong pipeline.
Grow existing accounts through regular engagement and strategic planning.
Lead consultative sales engagements with tailored product demonstrations.
Manage your pipeline from initial engagement to close, with accurate CRM forecasting.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for a seamless post-sale handoff.
