Job summary

SHI is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our Public Sector Inside Account Executives. The Manager will drive the team to build books of business, reach sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This leadership role emphasizes coaching, mentorship, daily operations oversight, and development of team members to sustain SHI’s growth in the Public Sector.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven inside sales, account management, or sales leadership experience.
• Experience working with C-level executives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor inside account executives to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Oversee prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline development.
• Guide customer relationships across multiple channels (email, phone, in-person).
• Ensure quotas and activity goals are met and pipeline grows.
• Oversee end-to-end sales cycles including renewals.
• Promote use of SHI tools to improve productivity and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and other departments.
