Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Public Sector Inside Account Executives, driving books of business, hitting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This leader will coach, mentor, and guide daily operations, while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize sales processes and grow relationships. You will oversee cold calling, pipeline development, multi-channel engagement, and ensure quotas are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Inside Account Executives to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize sales pipelines in public sector.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Oversee cold calling, prospecting, and profile accounts to build pipelines.
• Guide team in nurturing customer relationships via multiple channels.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to renewal and renewal.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing and internal departments to support strategies.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer issues.
